; Not Alone
John (Left): When I'm feeling down, it's usually caused by some serious stress whether it's from school, sports, church, family or even my friends. I start to get super anxious and feel like everything around me is falling apart. Sometimes all it takes is a moment for me to gather my thoughts and collect my emotions. I tell myself the same thing my mother always taught me, "It is what it is". I like to add onto this by saying "it is what it is, so how can I make it out on top?". Telling myself this always helps me remember that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and I just have to keep moving forward no matter how hard things start to become. I know that you can keep moving forward too. So, let's do this together #KeepMovingForward #We'reAllinThisTogether Trey (Right): There have been times in my life where I have felt alone, depressed, anxious, and full of anxiety. During those times I sometimes knew not where to look for help. Through my parents and the gospel, I have seen great change and joy come into my life, but it has not been without great challenges. I cannot lie that every day is sunshine and rainbows — though I wish I could say so. Keep pushing forward! There is a light at the end of the tunnel! YOU ARE NOT ALONE! #onedayatatime
